  • Offensive material, including any information, material, photograph, video, product or service that incites, solicits or promotes slavery, racism, hatred, abuse or violence. Also includes any graphic crime or torture scene material.
  • Regulated goods or materials, such as toxins, government goods or information
  • Telecommunications services, operator services, phone cards/minutes, phones
  • Tobacco, cigarettes, cigars and related products
  • Unauthorized copies of content, software, music, games, movies, videos or other normally licensed goods, including items that violate copyright, intellectual property, trademark, or privacy laws in any jurisdiction
  • Weapons or any explosive, toxin, or other hazardous materials
