To give us ample time to uncover all your needs and prepare for launch, please contact us at least 3 weeks before your planned release date. Please be prepared to discuss the following items with Kagi:

  • The expected date of your release
  • The anticipated number of shoppers you expect to visit your Kagi online store
  • The expected time frame over which shoppers will be coming to the Kagi site (e.g. 3000 buyers each week? 30,000 in one day?)
  • An idea of the product FAQs that we will need to provide fast and accurate buyer support
  • Your plans for offering discounts to existing customers (e.g. "I will use a list of registration codes to identify customers eligible for discounts)
  • Any other special requirements for your release (e.g. special order pages, a store design optimized for your product launch, custom fraud filters, product downloads hosted on Kagi's servers, limited edition Backup CD, etc.)

Pricing

We hope you always shoot us an email (accountmanagement@kagi.com) as you plan your product launch. If you require Software Release Support, expect to pay a one-time fee of $250 for each major release.
