Monitor and analyze your revenue data with versatile reporting options
Running a successful company means not only making the initial sale, but constantly tracking, visualizing, and dissecting your transaction data in different ways in order to be able to rapidly respond to trends and anomalies.
Visualize Your Revenue
Want to get a fast overview of your business? Utilize the Kagi Shopkeeper Dashboard to view charts and graphs that quickly show you how your revenue is trending over the past 60 days, including revenue summary and revenue by day; preferred payment methods and associated revenue; top products, countries, affiliates and sales channels; currency and language breakdowns.
In addition to the Dashboard reports, you can use your Sales Map to visually show you where your transactions are taking place around the world, using a timeframe of your choosing. This is a helpful tool to show you not only the geographies that are your best customers, but those markets that, with a little more focus, might become bigger sources of revenue.

Monthly Earnings Report and News via Email
Every month you will receive an HTML formatted email that will provide you both summary and detailed information on your past month’s sales. Three key sections include: Earnings at a Glance, including net earnings and current account balance; Payment Data Center, providing you with links to your financial statement, your raw payment data file in text tab delimited or Excel format, and your sales map; and important Kagi News, recapping monthly news and announcements.
Detailed Transaction Search
You have the ability to run transaction-level reports through the Kagi Shopkeeper online store interface. Want to track the success of a particular coupon? Are you running a sale on one of your products, and want to check the daily transaction status? Do you need to verify if your customer purchased products x and y yesterday? Transaction search allows you to search on a variety of items including customer name, email, transaction id, and products purchased for a specific time period that you select.
K-TraX delivers complete transaction data (minus billing information) in XML format, directly to your server using standard HTTP POSTs. Use K-TraX to pass data to a Customer Relationship Management system or a Business Reporting tool, so you know who bought what products and when. Your server simply needs to be configured to receive the HTTP POST, confirm receipt, and process the incoming XML file for later use.
K-TraX is an optional service that is available at no additional charge. Please contact Sales if you are interested in utilizing this option for your business.
